MagnetisMM-4: Study of Elranatamab with Other Cancer Treatments for Multiple Myeloma

Inclusion Criteria

• Have multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to at least three previous treatments.
• Have not responded to at least one immunomodulatory drug (IMiD), one proteasome inhibitor, and one anti-CD38 antibody.
• Have measurable disease, which means:
  • Serum M-protein of 0.5 g/dL or higher.
  • Urinary M-protein excretion of 200 mg or more in 24 hours.
  • Serum free light chain (FLC) of 10 mg/dL or higher and an abnormal kappa to lambda FLC ratio.
• Be in good general health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
• Have recovered from any side effects of previous treatments to a mild level or less.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have active plasma cell leukemia.
• Have amyloidosis, a condition where abnormal proteins build up in organs.
• Have had a stem cell transplant within the last 12 weeks or have active graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
• Have POEMS syndrome, a rare blood disorder.
• Have any active, uncontrolled infections.
• Have significant heart problems or diseases within the last 6 months.
• Have taken an experimental drug within 30 days or five times the drug's half-life before starting the study treatment.
• For Sub-Study A: Have previously been treated with a BCMA bispecific antibody.
• For Sub-Study B: Have previously been treated with BCMA-directed therapy.
