Description
This clinical trial is designed to test a new treatment method for patients with early-stage HPV-related throat cancer. The study involves using a combination of targeted radiation therapy and two immunotherapy drugs, Evorpacept and Pembrolizumab, before surgery. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Diagnosed with Stage I HPV-related throat cancer that can be surgically removed.
- Able to safely receive the combination of targeted radiation and the immunotherapy drugs Evorpacept and Pembrolizumab.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with a single lymph node smaller than 3 cm.
