Program Overview
The aim of this study is to find out if the new drug BMS-986449, used by itself or together with nivolumab, is safe and can help treat people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be surgically removed or have spread to other parts of the body.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced solid cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread, and have tried all other treatments that are known to help.
- For Part 1A, any type of solid cancer is allowed.
- For Part 1B, only patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) can participate.
- For Part 1C, only patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) can participate.
- Must be able to provide a tumor biopsy unless it is not medically possible.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have had severe side effects (Grade 3 or higher) from previous treatments that target the immune system, unless these side effects are not expected to happen again with standard treatments.
- Have had recent gastrointestinal issues or surgery that could affect how the body absorbs the study drug.
- Have any serious medical condition that could interfere with the study treatment or follow-up, according to the study doctor.
- Other specific criteria may apply as defined in the study protocol.
