Study on Epcoritamab with Rituximab and Lenalidomide for Treating Follicular Lymphoma

Program Overview
Follicular Lymphoma is a common type of cancer affecting certain white blood cells. It often comes back after treatment. This study is exploring a new treatment combination to see if it can help manage the disease better. Participants will receive different treatments, including Epcoritamab, Rituximab, and Lenalidomide, to see how well they work together. The study will involve about 500 adults worldwide, and participants will have regular check-ups to monitor their health and any side effects.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Able to perform daily activities with minimal assistance (ECOG score 0 to 2).
- Have a positive scan showing a tumor that can be measured.
- Diagnosed with classic follicular lymphoma, stages II, III, or IV, without aggressive transformation.
- Cancer has returned or not responded to at least one previous treatment that included an anti-CD20 antibody and chemotherapy.
- Eligible to receive the R2 treatment as determined by the study doctor.
- Have good kidney function with a creatinine clearance of at least 50 mL/min.
Exclusion Criteria
- Previously did not respond to lenalidomide treatment.
- Have taken lenalidomide within the last 12 months before joining the study.
