Patient Parameters

Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to see how safe and tolerable JAB-3312 is when given with other investigational treatments to adults who have advanced solid tumors. Researchers want to find out the best dose for future studies when JAB-3312 is combined with either a PD1 inhibitor or a MEK inhibitor.

Description

This clinical trial is designed to evaluate how safe and tolerable the drug JAB-3312 is when used in combination with other treatments for patients with advanced solid tumors. The study will help determine the best dose to use in future research when JAB-3312 is combined with a PD1 inhibitor or a MEK inhibitor. Participants will be adults who have advanced solid tumors, and the study will involve monitoring their response to the treatment to ensure it is safe and to identify any side effects.
