Program Overview
The purpose of this program is to provide access to the drug adagrasib (MRTX849) for patients with advanced solid tumors that have a KRAS G12C mutation. This is for patients who have already been treated but need more options because they cannot join a clinical trial or receive standard treatments.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of an advanced or metastatic solid tumor.
- Have a confirmed KRAS G12C mutation in the tumor.
- Cannot join a current clinical trial for MRTX849.
- No other standard treatment options available or not eligible for them.
- Have good organ function.
- Can have cancer that has spread to the brain, under certain conditions.
- Have an ECOG performance status of 2 or less, meaning they are able to carry out light work or are fully active.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have a history of intestinal diseases or surgeries that affect digestion or the ability to swallow.
- Have had previous treatments targeting the KRAS G12C mutation.
- Have another active cancer.
