Program Overview

The goal of this study is to provide patients with Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) that has come back or is not responding to previous treatments with early access to a drug called ibrutinib. Researchers will also collect information on how safe the drug is for these patients.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients aged 18 and older with Mantle Cell Lymphoma that has returned or is not responding to previous treatments.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients who can join another ongoing study of ibrutinib.
  • Patients who have already been treated with ibrutinib.
  • Patients who are part of another clinical study with treatment goals.
