This program allows patients with soft tissue sarcoma who are already receiving the drug olaratumab to continue their treatment. It is designed for those whose cancer cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.

Program Overview
The aim of this program is to ensure that patients with soft tissue sarcoma (STS), who are already being treated with the drug olaratumab, can continue to receive it. This is specifically for patients whose cancer has spread or is too advanced to be removed by surgery or treated with radiation.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Currently receiving olaratumab and wish to continue treatment after discussing with their doctor.
- Have soft tissue sarcoma that has spread or is too advanced to be removed by surgery or treated with radiation.
- Have signed a consent form agreeing to participate.
- Have a certain level of white blood cells (neutrophils) in their blood.
- Women who can become pregnant and men must agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 3 months after the last dose. Effective methods include implants, injections, birth control pills, some IUDs, abstinence, or having a partner who has had a vasectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
- Currently breastfeeding (patients who stop breastfeeding can participate).
